Released in 1988 for the Macintosh, the single-line TFLX system was the first and only Picture Programming Language© available on ANY telephony platform. TFLX comes with both hardware and software which run exclusively on a Macintosh computer.
Following simply flowchart logic, a TFLX user can organize tasks, using Task Icons (encapsulated programming routines), into a flowchart "script". This script finally becomes the real runtime application capable of answering the telephone, playing sound files, accepting caller input and making a virtually unlimited number of data manipulations during the call and between calls.
For the first time, the power and capability which was previously only available to professional programmers became as easy as drag-and-drop to programmers and non-programmers alike.

In 1994, Magnum introduced the multi-line DUET system. Combining the ease of use of TFLX's Picture Programming on the Macintosh (as the development platform), DUET adds the multi-line capability of Ram Research's PC-based DAX language installed on a 386 (or better) DOS PC outfitted with a compatible voice board, fax board and/or modem.
At long last, DUET enables both non-programmers AND non-DOS users the ability to create and run sophisticated multi-line telephony applications with the same ease Macintosh users have enjoyed for the last several years.
